Anyone can give an easy referral, but at our events WRS Members hone their referral giving skills so when they hear someone in need of something, Members know how to be proactive and make the referral to another member. Before WRS Members are approved and receive the WRS Seal of Approval, they complete an application process which asks for 3 references we can contact to vouch for their character and business ethics. This process includes verifying any state license or professional certification required by the state of California; not business license. Our Members tell us because of this standard, they feel confident referring their valued clients, customers and loved ones to other WRS Members and do so often. Think about it. You would never refer a loved one or someone you care about to a service provider you did not trust. This pre-approval process is an essential key component in generating an abundance of referrals in a prosperous networking group. Loyal consumers use the services of our Members, rather than searching blindly through the internet full of unknown people providing who knows what type of quality or service. WRS Members can attend and network at any and all our events and are not restricted to any one chapter. While some other groups offer one small chapter, as a Member of WRS you can attend any traditional networking events you wish as often as you wish, some with attendance between 60-100. WRS offers you the freedom of monthly chapters available throughout Southern California. You can expect to leave having met, connected and established a rapport with many new contacts!
At these meetings you would be the only one in your category. This chapter format is available throughout Southern California and it allows members to have concentrated, focused and consistent time to share about each others businesses and become skilled at how to best refer business to one another and actually become a "referral sales team" for each other. There is no additional cost to your membership in order to participate in this networking format -it is just another event option, in addition to our Traditional Chapters.
