In order to transfer reservations, you must call WRS by Friday 5:00 pm prior to the meeting. Call the WRS office if you have any questions about the status of your reservations.

Venue does not provide special meal requests or substitutions.

Policies: Pre-paid reservations must be received 3 weeks prior to the meeting in order to take advantage of the discounted rate, unless you buy 3 meetings. Otherwise, the pay-at-door rate applies.
